Fulfillment Complete!

It took a few more days than expected, but the last of the rewards will be going out in the mail today.  Everyone should have their tracking information and all packages should be arriving soon.

If you run into any issues with your rewards or shipping, please let me know.

I want to thank all of you for your patience as we dealt with the issues with UltraPro and I'm so glad that we were able to get everything out in a relatively timely manner.

Now it's time to get some sleep (and start working on the next project).

Home Stretch - 60 Rewards Remaining

We are officially in the home stretch with only 60 orders remaining.  These are more complicated and larger than the rest, so they each will take a bit more time, but we will definitely have all orders out the door by the end of the week.

Any order with 6 playmats or less should be moving to your address as we speak, with the last 150 or of them having been picked up today.

Everyone that has received a shipping notification with a tracking number should start seeing movement on their package, if they haven't already.

International orders are arriving, but things are moving very slowly in some cases.  We're regularly seeing international shipments take up to two months to arrive, so please allow additional time for your rewards to arrive before becoming concerned that they have been lost.  If things haven't surfaced in such time, please let us know and we'll see what can be done.

Once all rewards are sent out, any remaining mats will be listed on the OMA Store.  Regular mats will be $40 and Stitched Edge will be $50.  Quantities are limited to what was printed through the project and we won't be making any more until the next project (if at all).

For regular backers of Original Magic Art projects, I've already started working on the next few, so stay tuned.

Fulfillment 60%+ Complete

Fulfillment continues at a good pace, with roughly 1700 of 2200 rewards out the door.

The following segments have been shipped out:

• Single Playmats (US & Intl)
• Two Playmats (US)
• Three Playmats (US)
• Five Playmats (Intl)

And we've made good progress on the Three Playmats (US).  I hope to get a good chunk of the rest done this weekend, with a goal of finishing up fulfillment next weekend.

Recent Questions

 I've received a few of the same questions recently and wanted to take the time to answer them in this update.

I received a tracking number, but it hasn't moved since April 7.  Where is my package?

I printed most of the labels in advance, while waiting for the mats to arrive, so I could start fulfillment immediately.  Backerkit didn't allow me to segment the shipping notifications, so when I sent out tracking information for the shipped orders, it included all orders (both preprinted and actually shipped out the door).  Not ideal, I know, but if you've received a tracking number and it's not showing movement, I just haven't been able to pack up your order yet.

Where can I get more Playmats?

Extras from the project will be available in the OMA Store once all rewards have been sent out.  You can sign up for the newsletter to be alerted when they are available.

Single Playmat Order Shipping Complete

 I’ve been pretty busy over the last few days, and very productive.  The post office will be picking up the last of the Single Playmat rewards today, which is nearly half of the rewards for the project.

I wanted to get the biggest bucket of orders out first and its great to see so many positive comments for awards that have already arrived.

Next up are the larger orders, which will hopefully be complete before the end of the month.  They go a bit slower and there are a lot of them.

I’ve had several backers reach out about securing more playmats.  Any leftover mats will be available in the OMA Store after all rewards are sent out.
