The mats have arrived and we’ve already sent over 150 of them out.

I’ll be working on fulfillment over the next few weeks. I have already printed most of the labels, so things should move pretty quickly from here.

Shipping notifications with tracking info will be going out soon for the first batch shipped out.

Cant wait for everyone to receive their mats!

Production Complete and We've Got a Ship Date!

It's taken a bit longer than expected, but I just spoke with UltraPro and they confirmed all mats are printed and everything should be arriving to our offices on April 1st.

As soon as they arrive, we will start getting orders out.  It will likely take us a few weeks to get everything shipped out, but we will be sending out shipping notifications as rewards leave the building.

Everything is prepped and ready, and hopefully you'll have your rewards in hand very soon.

Production Nearing Completion - Address Lockdown in 48 Hours

Yesterday, I received an update from UltraPro that the freight quote for the playmats should be arriving soon and production is nearing completion.  With that being the case, it's time for the last step before fulfillment, Address Information Lockdown.

Everyone should be receiving a notice from Backerkit to confirm your address information.  After 48 hours from the time it was sent, your survey will be locked down for address changes.

Given the delayed arrival time of the playmats to our offices, it's likely that fulfillment will run into mid-April, so please adjust your address information accordingly.

We're in the home stretch now!

Holding Pattern

Hey all,

I wish I had better news, but we’ve been in a holding pattern with UltraPro for the last few weeks with no real news to share.

I’ve received confirmation that production was started on time, but appearantly it is taking longer than exoected.

I am waiting on a more definitive completion date from my contacts there, but given the transit time and with production still not yet complete, it is likely that final fullfilment is going to run into April.

We have all the shipping supplies ordered and ready, so as soon as the mats arrive we can start getting them out the door, but we remain in a holding pattern until then.

Hopefully, the next update with news of production completion will be coming soon.

Hey everyone, but especially those of you who missed my last post!

While Josh is hard at work getting these playmats printed, I've launched a Token Kickstarter! I make some pretty sweet tokens, there's a bunch of different designs to choose from, and I will be shipping these myself so there's no interference with you getting your playmats at all. Take a look:
